As an art director, John transforms ideas into impactful visual narratives, collaborating with brands and photographers to bring concepts to life. He has an innate ability to transform a brands visual identity through creating contemporary captivating imagery.
His styling work is defined by a sharp eye for detail and an ability to create cohesive, dynamic looks. As a stylist, John brings a unique sensibility for curating clothing, accessories and props that elevate every project he touches.
In casting, John embraces diverse talent that are representative of the world that we live in. Whether casting models for runway shows, editorial shoots or advertising campaigns, his eye for selecting cool, diverse talent ensures each project tells a powerful and authentic story.
John has a fine art photography practice of over 14 years. Working in analogue 35mm film, he has exhibited work internationally in Tokyo, Beijing, Sao Paulo, London and Manchester. He is a founder of the Portrait Youth project, which empowers young people to articulate their identity through fashion and portrait photography.
